Can I bring a trade stand?

Trade stands are organised by the individual meeting Secretaries and Committees and they will try to make sure that there are no trade stands which are in direct competition with each other.

If you wish to bring a trade stand you must apply in advance to the relevant meeting Secretaries which are listed on the meetings individual pages. View the Race Meetings link in the menu to see a list of the meetings.

Because Garthorpe may be a unfamiliar environment for vendors who are normally market traders, a guide is available here specifically for food or drink vendors and children’s amusements operators. Prospective stallholders are strongly advised to read it as failure to comply may result on the day in their not being allowed to trade.
