Garthorpe is looking forward to hosting the Treehouse Point to Point Pony Racing Finals, at the Meynell and South Staff’s meeting on Saturday June 4th.
Brian Crawford has issued the following bulletin:
Like in previous seasons for this fixture, the downhill fence has been moved to the back straight to make room for the Pony Racing Finals. We have produced what I (Brian Crawford) consider to be the ‘Best Track of the Season’. ‘Its beautiful’! We will be racing on between 12 and 15 meters of fresh ground, that has not been raced on for 12 months. This includes the pony track. We will water as an when applicable to produce safe ground with no jar – Pony Track included.
Brian will issue a going report on Wednesday evening.
