Preparation is under way for our third fixture of the year - The Quorn, on Saturday April 29th.
I wanted to update you all on my plans for our next fixture. All of the fences will be moved on to fresh virgin ground, that has not been raced on yet this year for this meeting. The racing line will be down the center of the track.
As you know, Garthorpe will be watered as necessary.
Entries close on Monday 24th April, and are being administered by the Point-to-Point Racing Company.
Tickets are available for purchase for all of our remaining fixtures via the website. The Melton Hunt Club proudly hosts the PPORA Dodson and Horrell Novice Rider Finals on Sunday 21st May, and the Meynell fixture on Saturday 3rd of June hosts the Point to Point Pony Racing Finals.
